Yes. The free plan is unlimited and includes award search, calendar pricing, the CPP calculator, and community deal alerts. You only need Premium when you want push alerts, suite/villa deals, or saved searches across more than three destinations.
Premium unlocks deal-discovery emails matched to your loyalty programs, custom alerts for specific hotels and dates, hotel rate-drop alerts, suite and premium room deals, unlimited destinations, and a 365-day forward search window. Free users get search and 90 days of basic calendar pricing across three saved cities.
The yearly plan is the better value if you book one or more award stays a year — most members recoup the annual cost from a single discounted suite night flagged by Premium alerts. The monthly plan is best if you want to try Premium ahead of a specific trip without a long-term commitment.
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time and keep Premium access through the end of the current billing period. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details never touch RoomPoints servers — Stripe handles PCI-compliant storage and 3-D Secure verification.
If Premium is not what you expected, contact our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund you in full. After that, you can cancel any time and retain access until the period ends.
Yes. Live award rates, the calendar grid, and the CPP calculator across all supported chains are part of the free plan. Alerts, deal emails, and the 365-day window are the Premium-only additions.
