2. What RoomPoints Does

RoomPoints helps travelers compare hotel reward prices, calculate cents-per-point (CPP), and find the best redemption opportunities across major loyalty programs. We aggregate publicly available award availability and pricing data to help you make informed decisions. RoomPoints is not a booking agent and does not process reservations on your behalf.

3. Your Account

To use certain features — such as saving favorites, creating alerts, or personalizing results — you may need to sign in via email, Google, or as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or the networks connected to it.

5. Award Availability & Pricing

Reward availability, point costs, taxes, and fees are provided by third-party loyalty programs and can change without notice. While we work hard to keep the data fresh and accurate, RoomPoints does not guarantee that any listed award is currently bookable. Always confirm final pricing and availability directly with the loyalty program before making travel plans.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content — including logos, text, graphics, and software — are owned by RoomPoints or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. Hotel brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service may link to third-party websites — such as loyalty program booking pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
